I have used these gifts to create
"one of a kind" natural knitting needles. As with the trees my
wooden knitting needles and wooden crochet hooks are crafted from, none are exactly alike, but portray
the beauty of nature itself.
My wooden knitting needles wooden
crochet hooks are individually
sanded, hand rubbed and cured with beeswax. I have chosen birch as my main wood source.
I have crippling RA in my hands & was
so happy to find Sarah's handmade wooden needles. Her needles are so
easy for me to hold. With her needles I will be making many more gifts
for my family & friends. Sarah is friendly & helpful, always
there for any questions you may have. Her packaging & shipping is
fantastic. It is nice to know that I'm buying from the USA too,
thanks,Sarah

The "TOP HATS" are whittled
from a variety of twigs (apple, willow, chokecherry), cut and polished
to give them a distinct character. I gather them on walks and from friends
who have pruned their trees. The "hats" are recycled materials
from nature.

Hello! Thank you
so very much for the beautiful Montana Knitting Needles. I am enjoying
them so much. I have not used them yet - just simply enjoying looking at
them - they are a treat for my eyes, and a wonderful reminder of my
favorite state.

Each pair of wooden knitting needles is
displayed in a wooden "BOLO" I craft from pine logs. Each is
sliced to the proper thickness, preserved with olive oil and then
sealed. They are adorned with leather lacing and natural bone beads, creating the ultimate symbol of
individuality.
Use these "back to nature"
knitting needles and crochet hooks with yarns from small backyard farms, novelty yarns and
the good old standards. Your imagination will give you the ability to create
your own work of art.
From Pat in Perth,
Western Australia: I bought needles from Natures Nitting Needles and am
delighted with them. Sarah's service is excellent and the quality of the
needles is superb! I recommend her to international buyers. They were
well packed and arrived promptly. I will be happy to buy from her again.
I hope these "gifts" of
Mother Earth will bring you many hours of knitting and crocheting enjoyment...
Watch for the introduction of new
wooden knitting needle sizes and other unique items.
